I've been looking into replacing my caldera cone and after discussing options with a manufacturer, an exciting prospect has come up. As a result I've got a new prototype stove coming my way, which looks very interesting to say the least....
Afraid no more info will be forthcoming for a bit. Until it arrives and I've had a play around with it it's not fair to say anything, but rest assured, it'll all be available as soon as I get hold of it.

Need more info! How did this new proto come about and is it based on a caldera style approach?

heheh- no, the bugger hasn't even been sent to me yet though, so i was a bit premature (and overexcited!)
